Did You Know?
That some cultures segmented natural scholastic abilities into groups identified with Symbolic Glyphs? The northern people used ‘Totems’, some used ‘Petraglyphs’, some ‘Hieroglyphs’, some used constellations or ‘Star-signs’. Others grouped them into ‘Clans’ or common families using entities from nature, such as the ‘Bear Clan’ or ‘Eagle Clan’. In London the city itself was used as the hub or common meeting ground of the Commonwealth (The Wheel) of the people. The landscape around London was drawn as a circle around the city and divided into 12 slices of the pie each slice being called a Guild (Craft/Skill/Interest).
That Algebra is a foreign word – unless you speak Arabic. Algebra literally means “bone setting”. Algebra, as with all of mathematics is for children and so let’s teach it that way. Let us show the inseparable of maths to the entire world. Let’s give it context and meaning.
In your lifetime, you will lose about 600 Bones! Before you were born, your skeleton contained over 800 separate bones, many of which grew or fused together so that you had about 450 at birth. By age 20, when your bones have finished growing, and the separate parts have joined together, they will number only about 206.
